Ingredients:
Curry Leaves 5 nos
Garlic 6 cloves
Kochchi 8 nos
Small Red Onions 10 nos
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/4 tsp
Desiccated Coconut 2 cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Shrimps (kuunisso) 1/4 cup
Ground Coconut Mixture
Lime Juice
Method:
First, add the curry leaves, garlic, kochchi, small red onions into a blender and blend well.
Next, add turmeric, salt, desiccated coconut into the blender and blend once again.
Next, add oil into a pan followed by curry leaves, rampe, shrimps (kuunisso) and fry well.
Add the mixture in the blender into the pan and mix well.
Finally, sprinkle some lime juice, mix again and serve.
