Ingredients:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Green Chilli 4 nos
Curry Leaves/ Rampe
Big Onion 2 medium
Turmeric 1/3 tsp
Tomato (medium) 2 nos
Canned Mackerel Fish 425 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tbsp
Pepper 3/4 tsp
Method:
In a clay pot, lightly fry some garlic, green chilli, curry leaves and rampe.
Give it a light mix.
Next, add chopped big onion, turmeric, tomato, canned makerel fish, salt, chilli flakes and pepper.
Give it a good mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Remove from wooden stove and serve while hot.
