Ingredients:
Oil to fry brinjal
Brinjal 500g
Green chilli 4 nos
Sprats 100g
Red chilli flakes 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger+ garlic 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Mango chutney 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Fried brinjal
Fried green chilli
Small red onion 100g
Method:
- Add oil to a pan and fry the brinjal. Drain and keep aside.
- Fry green chilli, sprats, red chilli flakes, ginger+garlic, salt, vinegar and water. Then add mango chutney, sugar and mix well.
- Add fried brinjal, fried sprats, fried green chilli to the mixture and continue stirring.
