In the mood for a healthy and hearty meal? Try out this easy chicken and boiled vegetable recipe by Aunty D!
Ingredients:
Potato 2 medium
Carrot 1 large
Green Beans 100g
Cauliflower 100g
Oil 1 tbsp
Boneless Chicken 200g
Pepper ¾ tsp
Salt ⅔ tsp
Garlic Powder ½ tsp
Mustard Cream 1 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Sugar ¼ tsp
Lime Juice ½ tsp
Cucumber ½ cup
Tomato 2 medium
Salad Leaves
Method:
Add chopped potatoes, carrots, green beans and cauliflower into a pot with enough water to submerge the vegetables and boil until tender.
Heat up a pan with oil and fry the boneless chicken with pepper, salt, garlic powder and mustard cream.
To a bowl, add olive oil, pepper, salt, sugar and lime juice and combine.
Finally, add the boiled vegetables and cooked chicken into the bowl with chopped cucumber, tomatoes and salad leaves for some freshness and mix well. Enjoy!
