Ingredients:
Eggs 2 nos
Sugar 200g
Sera real coconut milk 1 pkt
Melted butter/margarine 1 cup
Vanilla 1 1/2 tsp
Desiccated coconut 1 cup
Flour 250g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Method:
Add the eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
Add sugar into the bowl and whisk once more.
Next, add Sera real coconut milk and whisk again.
Add melted butter or margarine, vanilla, desiccated coconut and mix well.
Next, add flour and baking powder and mix well.
Pour the paste into a baking tray and bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
Finally, cut and serve as required.
