Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes 500 g
- Egg 1
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- All purpose flour 1/4 cup
- Oil 1 tsp
- Onion (medium) 1
- Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Ginger (finely cut) 1/2 tsp
- Leeks (stem) 10 inch
- Capsicum (large) 1
- Chilli paste 2 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp
- Tomato sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
- Sweet chilli sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Tomato (big) 1
Method:
- Add salt, pepper and all purpose flour to the chicken cubes and mix well. Then add an egg and let it marinate for a while.
- Heat the pan and add oil, onion, garlic, ginger, leeks, capsicum and chilli paste. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Add fried chicken cubes and mix well.
