This spicy and flavourful meatball curry by Aunty D is a quick fix to elevate your everyday rice and curry.
Here’s how you make it!
Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Cinnamon ½ inch
Cardamom 2 nos
Fenugreek ½ tsp
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Onion 1 small
Ginger + Garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Green Chilli 2 nos
Chilli Powder 1 ½ tsp
Curry Powder ½ tsp
Meatballs 250 g
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Coconut Milk 1 ½ cups
Vinegar 1 tsp
Method:
Heat up a pan with oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, fenugreek, curry leaves, rampe and onion and stir well.
Next, add ginger, garlic, turmeric, green chilli, chilli powder and curry powder and mix.
Throw in the meatballs and add some salt and pepper to taste followed up by coconut milk.
Stir and finish up your dish by adding some vinegar. Close the pan and let it simmer down.
Give it a final mix before taking it off the heat and your hearty bowl of meatball curry is ready to be served!
