Ingredients:
Oil 1 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Maggi Organic Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Big Onion 1 medium
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Mushrooms 1 pkt
Salt 1 tsp
Tamarind Juice 1 tbsp
Method:
First, add oil into a pot followed by curry powder, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin powder and mix well.
Next, add Maggi organic coconut milk, mix well and remove the pot from the heat once the curry comes to boil.
Add oil into a new pot followed by curry leaves, big onion, ginger, garlic, mushrooms and mix well.
Next, add salt into the mix and let the ingredients sit in the pot until the mushrooms are cooked well.
Finally, add the curry over the mushrooms, add tamarind juice, mix well and serve accordingly.
