Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Maldive Fish 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Big Onion 1 medium
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Green Chilli 2 nos
Red Chilli 2 nos
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Roasted Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Pineapple 1 medium
Maggi Organic Coconut Milk 1 pkt
Method:
Add oil into a pot followed by, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, maldive fish, cinnamon, big onion and mix well.
Next, add curry leaves, rampe, green chillis, red chillis, turmeric, chilli flakes, salt, roasted chilli powder, sugar and mix well.
Add diced pineapple into the same pot and mix with the other ingredients.
Next, add Maggi organic coconut milk into the pot, mix well, cover the pot with a lid and serve once done.
