Roast Chicken | Cooking with Aunty D

Juicy on the inside and loaded with flavour – this is a roast chicken recipe you’ll be making over and over again for all your special occasions!

Here’s how you can make it yourself this Christmas!

Ingredients:

Whole Chicken

Pepper 2 tsp

Salt 1 ½ tsp

Soy Sauce 1 ½ tsp

Oyster Sauce 1 ½ tsp

Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp

Mustard 2 tsp

Rosemary 1 tsp

Lime Juice

 

Method:

To make the marinade, combine pepper, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mustard, tomato sauce and rosemary.

Rub the mixture thoroughly on the chicken and let it marinate for 2- 3 hours.

Add a squeeze of lime juice and place the marinated chicken in the oven to roast for 45 minutes at 200℃ and your juicy roasted chicken is ready to be served!
