Ingredients:

All-Purpose Flour 3 cups

Cold Butter 50 g

Serà Salt 1/2 tsp

Egg Yolk 1 tsp

Cold Water 3 tbsp

Oil 1 1/2 tsp

Big Onion 1 medium

Curry Leaves

Garlic 4 cloves

Green Chilli 3 nos

Tuna 250 g

Potato 150 g

Serà Black Pepper Powder 1 1/4 tsp

Serà Salt 1 tsp

Serà Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp

Method:

Start by combining all-purpose flour, cold butter and Serà salt while gradually adding an egg yolk and cold water to form the patties dough.

Next, to a heated pan add some oil, finely cut big onions, curry leaves, garlic and green chilli and mix.

Add the boiled tuna and boiled potato to the pan, and stir well to combine.

Next, add Serà black pepper powder, Serà salt and Serà Chilli flakes to taste and stir again.

Sprinkle some flour onto a wooden chopping board and roll the patties dough to a thin layer. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the patties wrappers.

Place the wrappers on a patties mould and scoop the mixture into the middle of the wrapper, and seal it.

Finally, deep fry the patties in hot oil until golden and enjoy!
