Sticky Mango Rice | Cooking with Aunty D

Satisfy your sweet cravings with this exotic Thai Dessert!

 

 

Ingredients: 

Maggi Thick Coconut Milk 1 cup

Cooked Sticky Rice 1 1/2 cups

Sugar 1 1/4 Cups

Pandan (Rampe) 3 Leaves

Mango 1

Salt 1 Tbsp

Method:

  1. Cook the sticky rice.
  2. Boil the Maggi Thick Coconut Milk with sugar and Pandan (Rampe) leaves
  3. Then add the cooked sticky rice to the mixture. Cook on low heat until all the coconut milk has dissolved.
  4. Serve with the ripe mango and garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
