Ingredients:
Oil 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Big Onion 1 medium
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Kos Ata 15 nos
Long Beans 300 g
Green Chilli 2 nos
Salt 3/4 tsp
Maggi Real Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Method:
In a pot, add some oil along with garlic, big onion, curry leaves and rampe.
Give it a mix before proceeding to add turmeric, chilli flakes, kos ata, chopped long beans, green chilli and salt.
Next, pour thick Coconut Milk by mixing 2 tbsps of Maggi Real Coconut Milk Powder and 1 cup of water.
Give it one final mix before sealing the pot to let the curry cook.
After a few minutes, remove the pot from the stove and enjoy while it’s hot!
