Packed with protein, this easy carrot recipe is simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
Carrots 250g
Egg 1
Maggi Rasa Musu 1 packet
Oil 1 tbsp
Green Chili 1
Curry Leaves
Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Cut carrots and keep aside
- Heat oil, add onion, curry leaves and carrot
- Add Maggi Rasa Musu and let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the egg and salt
- Mix well and switch off the flame
