Lindt Classic Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate is perfect for any situation you can think of and chocolate brownies are, well, heaven in a baking pan! Here’s how you can make yummy and gooey brownies in your very own kitchen! Get baking!

Ingredients:

  • Lindt Excellence 70% (chopped) 200g
  • Lurpak butter 120 g
  • Flour 150 g
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 135 g
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds (chopped) 100 g
  • Flour

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C .
  2. Melt the chopped Lindt Excellence 70% and butter (you can microwave for 15 seconds). Let it cool.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla until well combined. 
  4. Add melted chocolate and mix gently until evenly incorporated.
  5. Add almonds, flour and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
