Cooking with Aunty D.
Chocolate is perfect for any situation you can think of and chocolate brownies are, well, heaven in a baking pan! Here’s how you can make yummy and gooey brownies in your very own kitchen! Get baking!
Ingredients:
- Lindt Excellence 70% (chopped) 200g
- Lurpak butter 120 g
- Flour 150 g
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 135 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Almonds (chopped) 100 g
- Flour
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C .
- Melt the chopped Lindt Excellence 70% and butter (you can microwave for 15 seconds). Let it cool.
- Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla until well combined.
- Add melted chocolate and mix gently until evenly incorporated.
- Add almonds, flour and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
