Cooking with Aunty D.
Here’s a dish you have to try; it’s easy to make and super delicious! Pork bistek is a curry the family will absolutely love! Get Cooking!
Ingredients:
- Pork 1 kg
- Pepper 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 2 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar 2 1/2 tbsp
- Water 2 cups
- Ginger 1 inch
- Cardamom 3
- Cloves 3
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Green chillies 5
- Onion (large) 1
- Curry leaves
- Rampe
- Roast mustard powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
Method:
- Wash and cut pork into cubes.
- Add pepper, salt, turmeric powder, vinegar, ground ginger, garlic, cardamoms and cloves.
- Then add water and cook until water evaporates.
- When the oil starts to come out of the pork, add green chillies and onion.
- Add roast mustard powder (optional).
