Lip-smackingly delicious, you can’t go wrong with this Seer Fish White Curry that brings an extra oomph to your lunch spread!
Ingredients
- Seer Fish 500g
- Green chili 3 Nos.
- Red Onion 4 Nos.
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ginger 1/2 tsp
- Lime Juice
- Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp
- Curry Powder 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves/ Rampe
- Cinnamon 1 inch
- Cardamom 3
- Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Milk
- Thick Milk 1 1/2 cups
- 2nd Milk 1 cup
Method
- Wash and cut seer fish into cubes.
- Heat oil and add green chili, red onions, curry leaves, rampe, garlic, ginger and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Then add cinnamon stick, cardamom, fenugreek, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, curry powder, chili powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add 2nd coconut milk and let it boil.
- Then add fish and the thick coconut milk.
