Dilruk Maithri, a Sales Consultant at S A Thomson Nerys, one of Australia’s leading real estate companies, received the Best International Sales Agent Award at the 2025 International Property Awards ceremony held in Melbourne. Notably, he has achieved the distinction of winning this award twice consecutively, in 2025 and 2026.
Under the guidance of Sanjika Abeyratna, Group Chairman of S A Thomson Nerys, the company is taking its real estate market experience to the international level. Dilruk Maithri stated that his objective is to establish the necessary foundation for generating foreign exchange for Sri Lanka by facilitating and encouraging Australian investors to invest in Sri Lanka’s property market.
