A notice issued by the Colombo Municipal Council today, on the 16th of May, lists vacancies for employees falling under the civil servants category, under third level positions.
Whilst including details regarding the applicant requirements and positions such as supervisors, cleaners and others, the notice specifically calls for individuals to apply for two disturbing positions – Dog Catchers and Dog Exterminators/Killers.
The CMC further confirmed that the original notice issued by the council includes these two positions. You can take a look at the full notice below.
