Cashew and Cauliflower Curry

A delicious curry, incorporating both cashew and cauliflowers, check out the full recipe below!

Ingredients:

• Boiled cashew 250g
• Cauliflower 150g
• Green peas 100g
• Thick coconut milk 1 ½ cups
• Salt ½ tsp + Salt ¼ tsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Small red onions 4
• Green chilies 2
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Curry leaves
• Chili powder ½ tsp
• Rampa
• Lemongrass 1 inch
• Turmeric 1/8 tsp
• Mustard seeds
• Curry powder ¼ tsp roasted
• Chili flakes ¼ tsp

Method:

1. Firstly, boil the cashew.
2. Add coconut milk to the pan, add cauliflower, boiled cashews, and green peas. Boil until the cauliflower is cooked.
3. Heat oil and add onions, mustard seeds, garlic, curry leaves, rampa, and salt. Add green chilies, lemongrass, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, chili powder, chili flakes, and curry powder, both roasted and raw.
4. Finally, add boiled cashew curry and cook for 5 minutes.
