This flavoursome devilled capsicum dish is sure to spice up your day and tingle your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- Capsicum 300 g
- Onion (large) 1
- Oil 2 tsp
- Tomato (small) 1
- Egg 1
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Chilli flakes 2/3 tsp
- Curry Leaves & Rampa
Method:
- Clean cut and the capsicum.
- Heat a oil in a saucepan. Add capsicum, curry leaves & rampa, turmeric powder, salt, onion, chilli flakes and finally, tomato.
- Mix the ingredients well and add egg.
- Mix the egg with the capsicum. Cover the saucepan and keep for 3-4 minutes.
