What better bite to have at your chill session or dinner party than a delectable Sri Lankan Devilled Prawn? It’s quick and easy to make and super tasty! Happy cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Prawn 250g
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Rampe
  • Curry Leaves
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/3 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Green chillies 4
  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion (large) 1

Method:

  1. Clean and wash prawns.
  2. Heat oil. Add prawns and salt.
  3. Add rampe, curry leaves, chilli flakes and turmeric.
  4. Add soy sauce, garlic and green chillies.
  5. Finally, add tomato sauce, capsicum and onion.
