Banana Bread

Banana bread is a delicious bite to have! Get baking!

Ingredients:

  • Flour 250 g
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Lurpak butter 100 g
  • Brown sugar 175 g
  • Eggs (beaten) 2
  • Mashed ripe banana (medium) 4
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mash the bananas.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Cream together Lurpak butter and brown sugar. 
  4. Add eggs little by little and beat well.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
  6. Add flour to the banana mixture and fold well.
  7. Pour the batter into the loaf tray and bake at 175°C for 40-45 minutes.
