Today I’m going to share with you some ideas for Halloween makeup looks which you can do using regular makeup. I know it may be difficult to find face paint, crazy outfits and latex in Sri Lanka, so if you’re still unsure what you want to be this Halloween then here are some last minute ideas which you can do.

  1. Minnie Mouse

This is super easy and sexy! So if you’re someone who loves the glam and want to still look hot on Halloween then this is the look for you. All you need to do is get a Minnie mouse ear head band and if you can’t buy one then there are so many DIY tutorials on YouTube  to make your own at home. The rest is your usual glam makeup. Pair reddish eye shadow with a red lip, red blush and you’re good to go. I have a tutorial on my channel ‘BeautybyRosh’ on how to achieve this makeup look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITcwKciEoG4

  1. Star Trek

Another super easy costume to put together! All you need is a pair of leggings and a black/blue top. You can pretty much wear anything! And you do your makeup in a bit of an intergalactic way using blues or purples on your eyes. Add some silver stickers or jewels on to your hair and parts of your face for a star trek kind of effect.  A full tutorial in up on Pulse YouTube channel which you can go check out. 1. Werewolf

All you need is a pair of jeans and a black long sleeve top! Yes just think outside the box and you have an outfit right from your own wardrobe. This is all about the makeup! Its not as easy as the last two looks, though. This has more detailing and will take you longer to achieve. But if your someone who loves to experiment with makeup then this look is perfect! 1. Golden Goddess

If you want to look like a goddess well, this is the look for you. I did an evil golden goddess look which was very creepy! Again not as easy as the first two, but if you like to try out an intermediate-level look then you can follow the tutorial I have. And for the costume all you need is a long dress. Any long dress would do, I wore a white dress from cotton which looked a bit Roman and was perfect. I paired it with all gold jewelry and a gold head piece which I’m sure is easy to find. Or you can spray paint any head piece you have to gold. Link to tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8DHCKd5ZZs

  1. Leopard

This is super fun to create. It will take you some time but, hey you get to be a CAT! I love it. If you’re someone who owns a lot of leopard print clothes then this may be your calling. You can go in with all the detailing that I’ve done or you can keep it simple and just do the nose and eye brows. Trust me this look is easier than it looks. If you follow the tutorial it’s something you can definitely achieve. Link below:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgaJnjkHSIo

    6.Clown makeup

This was fun to create but definitely needs some makeup skills, I’d say if your attempting maybe you wanna try it beforehand. It wasn’t the easiest to achieve but all you need is eye liner to do the lines on your face. There is a tutorial where I show you step by step explaining every little detail. You can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1WCu5EV4vs

  1. Mermaid

Lastly, something easy! If you’re a lazy gal and don’t really want to do much then this may interest you! It’s just a regular makeup look using just bright colours. Pull out all your pinks, blue, turquoises and purples cause you’re going to need it to create this eye look. Pair it with some colourful eyeliner and a bright lipstick and voila! For the costume you can go all flipper-y and do like a fish tail skirt or you can just wear a bright coloured outfit and get away with it. Told ya, this is for the lazy girl! And as a plus I only used drugstore makeup for this. Tutorial link below:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VcvxfSvyNQ8
