Cooking with Aunty D.
What better bite to have at your chill session or dinner party than a delectable Sri Lankan Devilled Prawn? It’s quick and easy to make and super tasty! Happy cooking!
Ingredients:
- Prawn 250g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Rampe
- Curry Leaves
- Chilli flakes 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/3 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Green chillies 4
- Tomato sauce 2 tsp
- Capsicum 2
- Onion (large) 1
Method:
- Clean and wash prawns.
- Heat oil. Add prawns and salt.
- Add rampe, curry leaves, chilli flakes and turmeric.
- Add soy sauce, garlic and green chillies.
- Finally, add tomato sauce, capsicum and onion.
