Homemade Mini Chicken Pizza

Love me some good pizza! Home-made chicken pizza is such a joy to make, and to eat. Your kids are going to love having this on the dinner table and your husband’s going to sure think you’ve acquired some skills from the kitchen. Get baking!

Prep time: 1 hr 15 min
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • American Flour 500g
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 25ml
  • Egg 1
  • Water 250 ml

For the filling;

  • Boneless chicken 500g
  • Chilli Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1 large
  • Capsicum 1 large
  • Tomato 1

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  2. Allow it to rest for 20 min for the yeast to rise.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls that can make up for one small pizza.
  4. Leave it for another 20min.
  5. Into a bowl, add chilli powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce and water.
  6. Marinate it well.
  7. Add diced onions, tomato and capsicum and allow it to cook for 5-7 min.
  8. Knead the dough to get the round pizza shape.
  9. Apply tomato paste.
  10. Fill in with a pizza filling.
  11. Add a pinch of herbs and mozzarella.

Let it bake in the oven at 220°C
