Ingredients
- Raw red or white rice 2 ½ Cups
- Water 4 Cups
- Thick Maggi Coconut Milk 2 Cups (Maggi Coconut Powder 4 tbsp + Water 2 Cups)
- Salt 1 tsp
Method
- Thoroughly rinse the raw rice.
- Pour 4 cups of water into the rice to cook.
- Once cooked, add in the thick Maggi coconut milk and salt.
- Stir well, close the lid, and leave the rice to cook under a low flame for 15-20 minutes, or until the Maggi coconut milk is dissolved.
