Make your mornings a bit more exciting with this delicious all in one Scrambled Bread Omelette! Get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Bread 2 slices
- Eggs 2
- Onion (medium) 1
- Tomato (medium) 1
- Green chilli 1
- Carrot 1 small
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Paprika 1/8 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella
- Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Cut bread into cubes.
2. Cut onion and tomato into cubes.
3. Mix all the ingredients with the eggs.
4. Finally, add the bread cubes and mozzarella. Use a greased pan and heat it. Then add the mixture. Cook both sides for 3-5 minutes.
