Creamy, spicy and easy to whip up!
Ingredients:
Boiled Pasta 2 cups
Prawns 200g
Bombay Onion 1 Medium
Garlic 3 Cloves
Ginger 1/2 Tsp
Tomato 1 Medium
Green Chilli 3 Nos
Pepper 1/2 Tsp + 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp + 1/4 Tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil 1 Tbsp
Maggi Chicken Soup Cube 1
Capsicum 1
Method:
- Boil pasta and drain
- Heat oil and add prawns, salt and pepper. Let sit for 4 minutes to cook. Add curry leaves, bombay onion, finely chopped garlic and ginger, tomato, green chilli, capsicum, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
- Mix with boiled pasta. Add the Maggi Chicken Soup Cube and mix well.
