Cooking with Aunty D.
Ingredients:
- Onion 250g
- Green Chilli 2
- Oil 2 tsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Chilli Powder 2-3 tsp
- Knorr maldive fish powder 2 tsp
- Curry leaves and Pandan
- Dinner Buns 10
- Egg 1
- Mozzarella cheese
Method:
- Heat Oil, Add curry leaves and pandan, Onion, Green Chilli, Saffron, Salt, Sugar, Chilli Powder, Knorr Maldive Fish
- Cook on a Low Flame for 20-30 minutes
- Cut Dinner Buns in 1/3, Remove the inside
- Fill with Seeni Sambol, Egg and Cheese
- Bake at 220f for 10 Minutes until Cheese Melts
