Potato Wrapped Sausage Bites

Potatoes? Or sausages? If you cannot bring yourself to choose, here’s how you can enjoy the best of both worlds! Get frying!

Ingredients:

  • Potato 250 g
  • Parmesan 50 g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Sausages
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes until medium-soft.
  2. Grate them and add grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
  3. Cut sausages into cubes.
  4. Take a bit of the potato mixture and wrap over a sausage cube and shape it into a cylinder. 
  5. Coat potato cylinders with the egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil and fry chicken on medium heat until golden brown.
