Cooking with Aunty D.
Potatoes? Or sausages? If you cannot bring yourself to choose, here’s how you can enjoy the best of both worlds! Get frying!
Ingredients:
- Potato 250 g
- Parmesan 50 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/4 tsp
- Sausages
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs
Method:
- Boil potatoes until medium-soft.
- Grate them and add grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
- Cut sausages into cubes.
- Take a bit of the potato mixture and wrap over a sausage cube and shape it into a cylinder.
- Coat potato cylinders with the egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil and fry chicken on medium heat until golden brown.
