Ingredients:
- Kos Madulu 20
- Boiled potatoes 200 g
- Boiled tuna fish 250 g
- Onion (large) 1
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 2 tsp
- Chilli flakes 2 tsp
- Thick coconut milk 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Green chillies 3
- Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
- Tomato (large) 1
- Capsicum 1
Method:
- Remove the seeds from the kos madulu.
- Heat oil and add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, boiled potatoes, boiled tuna, salt, chilli flakes, pepper and green chillies.
- Mix well and add correct seasoning.
- Fill the kos madulu with the filling and seal it using a toothpick.
- Then heat oil and add onion and curry leaves.
- Add chilli flakes and place kos madulu on top of the onions..
- Cover with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add chopped tomato and thick coconut milk. Reduce heat and cover with lid for another 5-7 minutes.
