Ingredients:
Pork 750g
Lemongrass 6 inch
Cloves 3 nos
Cardamoms 3 nos
Cinnamon 1 inch
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chillis 2 nos
Bombay Onion 1 medium
Goraka 2 cloves
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Water (to cover the pork)
Method:
Add the pork into a bowl, followed by lemongrass, cloves, cardamoms, curry leaves, rampe, chilli powder, pepper, turmeric powder, green chillis, bombay onion, goraka, ginger, garlic and mix them together.
Once the ingredients are mixed well, add water to cover the pork and cook well.
