Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Big Onion1 small
Curry leaves
Rampe
Capsicum 1 nos
Maldive fish 1 tbsp
Red Chilli 2 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp
Leeks 300g
Method:
Add oil into a pan followed by garlic, onions, curry leaves, rampe, capsicum, maldive fish and mix well.
Next, add red chillis, salt, turmeric and chilli flakes.
Finally, add leeks and mix well with the other ingredients.
