1. The Beach Park (Kayaking, Beach Volleyball)
Services and rates:
- Kayaking (1 hour): LKR 3,000 per person
- Beach Volleyball: Free with minimum spend of LKR 1,000 per person
- Inflatable Bouncer: Free with minimum spend of LKR 1,000 per person

2. The Clubhouse (Water Sports)
Services and rates:
- Jet Scooter: LKR 12,000 upwards
- Banana Boat (min 3 pax), Tube Boat and Canoeing (1 hour): LKR 4,000 per person
- Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (1 hour): LKR 6,000 per person
- Water Skiing (1 round), Windsurfing (1 hour): LKR 10,000 per person
- Sailing (1 hour): LKR 12,000 per person
- Speed Boat Ride (max 4 pax – 15 minutes): LKR 20,000 per boat
- Deep Sea Fishing (max 4 pax – 4 hours): LKR 140,000 per boat
- Diving (one dive with complete equipment and boat hire): LKR 18,000 per person (discounted on personal equipment)
- Snorkelling (1 hour): LKR 8,000 per person
- Scuba Diving Course : LKR 60,000 upwards

3. Speed Bay (Go-Karting)
Services and rates (10 minute sessions):
- Standard session: LKR 3,900 per person
- Double deal (10 minutes x2): LKR 7,400 per person
- Triple Treat (10 minutes x3): LKR 10,500 per person
- Grand Prix (min 6 pax): LKR 11,900 per person (create your own customised structure including; 10-minute practice session, 10-minute qualifier, and final 10-lap race)

4. Crate Adventures (Colombo Dunes ATV Ride)
Services and rates:
- ATV Sand Dunes 3 Track Ride (10 – 15 minute session): LKR 7,900 per person (for locals) | USD 44 per person (for foreigners) | Additional LKR 2,750 charge for co-riders (not permitted to drive)
- ATV Trailer Beach Tour (min 4 pax, 30 – 45 minute session): LKR 6,900 per person (for locals) | USD 39 per person (for foreigners) | LKR 2,750 per child between 6 to 12 years

7. Ceylon Riding Club (Horse Riding)
