Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Chicken 200g
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1/2 inch
Eggs 2 nos
Carrot 100g
Leeks 100g
Cooked Basmati Rice 2 cups
Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Add oil to a pan and let heat. Add in chicken, pepper and salt and fry.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir. Add eggs, carrots and leeks and mix together.
- Add in the cooked Basmati rice and sesame oil. Mix well.
