Chocolate Fudge | Cooking with Aunty D

Turn your Christmas party into a chocolate lover’s paradise with these indulgent Chocolate Fudge squares! Full of rich chocolate and crunchy nuts, they’ll be the highlight of any festive feast.

Ingredients

Chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups
Condensed milk 1/2 can 
Meadowlea fat spread 1/4 cup 
Cashews 1/2 cup
Almonds 10 nos

Method

In a mixing bowl, add chocolate chips, condensed milk and Meadowlea fat spread. 

Using a spatula, stir the ingredients together.Once the chocolate mixture is smooth and well-combined, sprinkle the chopped cashews and almonds.

Give it a good stir so that the nuts are fully incorporated.

Grease a dish with Meadowlea fat spread and pour the mixture into it. 

Spread it out evenly and  place the dish in the refrigerator to set. 

Use a sharp knife to cut the mixture into cubes and serve.
