Ingredients:

Anchor Pedia Pro 2-5 years 4 Tbsp

Water 1/4 cup

Margarine 125g

Sugar 125g

Eggs 2

Vanillla 1/2 tsp

Flour 125g

Baking powder 1 tsp

Method:

1. Whisk together margarine and sugar in a bowl. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
2. Add Anchor PediaPro to water and mix together to form a paste. Add to batter.
3. Fold in flour. Add food colouring to batter as desired.
4. Scoop into baking tin and bake at 180°c.
