Ingredients:
Oil 1 tsp
Sweet Cumin 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Cardamom 2 nos
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 2 nos
Big Onion1 large
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Cuttlefish 500g
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Tamarind Juice 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Maggi Real Coconut Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Method:
Add oil into a pan followed by, sweet cumin, cumin, cardamoms, fenugreek, green chillis, big onions, turmeric, cuttlefish and mix well.
Next, add ginger, garlic, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, curry leaves, rampe, tamarind juice, mix well and cover with a lid while the pot is over the heat.
Add Maggi real coconut milk powder into a cup of water, mix well and add the coconut milk into the cuttlefish mix.
Cover the pan and let the cuttlefish cook well. Remove from heat once done.
