Ingredients:
Coconut Treacle 1 cup
Salt 3/4 tsp
Grated Coconut 2 cups
White Raw Rice 2 cups
Water 4 1/2 cups
Maggi Real Coconut Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Method:
Add coconut treacle to a pan followed by sugar, salt, grated coconut and mix well under a low flame.
Wash white raw rice and cook well under a low flame.
Next, add Maggi real coconut milk into a water bowl and dissolve it completely to make coconut milk.
Add the coconut milk and salt into the rice and cook the rice once more for 10-15 minutes.
Finally, get a spoonful of kiribath and place it in polythene paper with pani pol being placed into the middle. Make the Imbul Kiribath shape using polythene paper.
