Bitter gourd 250g

Fenugreek 1/2 tsp

Capsicum 1 large

Green and Red Chilli 3 nos

Bombay Onion 1 medium

Tomato 2 medium

Garlic 10 cloves

Curry Leaves + Rampe

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Curry powder 1 tsp

Chilli powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 1/2 tsp

Coconut milk (thick) 1 1/2 cup

Coconut Milk 1 cup


  1. Remove seeds from bitter gourd and slice lengthways.
  2. Place in a pan and add fenugreek, capsicum, green and red chilli, bombay onion, tomato, garlic, curry leaves and rampe, turmeric, curry powder, chilli powder, salt and thick coconut milk.
  3. Stir and bring to boil. Cover with a lid and let it cook. Serve while warm.
