Ingredients:
Fish 200g
Water 250ml
Maggi Chicken Noodles 1 packet
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Bombay onion 1 medium
Tomato 2 medium
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red and green bell pepper
Oil 1 tsp
Method:
- Fry fish and keep aside
- Boil water and add Maggi chicken noodles and the seasoning packet
- Heat oil, add garlic, ginger, Bombay onion, tomato, pepper, soy sauce, fried fish, salt and mix well.
- Then add the boiled Maggi chicken noodles and red and green bell pepper and mix well
