Ingredients:
Roasted Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
Goraka 3 cloves
Cardamom 3 pods
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 5 cloves
Water 1/4 cups
Thalapath 500g
Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Cloves 3 nos
Cinnamon 1 inch
Curry Leaves/Rampe
Bombay Onion 1 medium
Method
- Marinate the fish in roasted chilli powder, Ground Goraka paste, pepper and salt. Leave aside for ten minutes.
- Add oil to a pan and let it heat. Then add in cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, rampe, bombay onion and stir. Then add in the marinated fish and add water to cover.
