This home-based business serves up delicious fried cheesecake rolls, made out of a base of Greek yogurt and cream cheese. The cheesecakes are currently available in three different flavours: blueberry, nutella and spiced peach, which come in boxes of 6 per portion.

Blueberry Fried Cheesecake Rolls – LKR 1500

Stuffed with delicious cheesecake and blueberry coulis, these squares are a real mess to eat but oh-so-satisfying. Coming in a box of 6 for this price-point is beyond worth it, because when you dig in, the quality of the ingredients is quite evident. The catch is that these rolls are so rich that one person probably can’t eat more than two, but they’re great for sharing among fellow cheesecake lovers.

Nutella Fried Cheesecake Rolls – LKR 1500

The Nutella rolls were more along the lines of generic cheesecake flavours, but still quite satisfying. The chocolate and cheesecake combination is an all-time favourite and is still a real winner when it comes to fried cheesecake rolls too.

Spiced Peach Fried Cheesecake Rolls – LKR 2000

In a subtle balance of spices and sweetness, the spiced peach cheesecake rolls have undertones of cinnamon, with the natural syrup of the peaches, and are enveloped in the rich cheesecake making a nice contrast of flavours. The Spiced Peach takes a lot of preparation and it shows, with the flavours complementing each other quite well.
