Cooking with Aunty D.

Ingredients:

Fortune Basmathi rice 500g

Cuttlefish 250g
-
Prawns 250g
- Salt 1/2 tsp + 1/4
- Water 1/2 cup + 1/4
-
Cabbage 100g
-
Carrots 25g
-
Red/green chillie 3
-
Chillie paste 3 tsp
-
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
-
Ginger 1 tsp
-
Garlic 1 tsp
-
Fortune Vegetable Oil
-
Eggs and oil to fry
Method:
-
Add Fortune basmathi rice to water, wash and cook

Boil cuttlefish with 1/2 cup water and salt for 3 -4 mins
-
Boil the prawns same way as cuttlefish
-
Heat oil and add cuttlefish and prawns fry 2-3 mins.

Add ginger and garlic
-
Add cabbage carrots, salt, red/green chillie, chillie paste and soy sauce. stir it but dont over cook
-
Then add boiled rice and mix well
-
Correct seasoning and serve with a fried egg
