Who doesn’t love a great Seafood Nasi Goreng? Here you have it. Make it yourself!

Ingredients:

  • Fortune Basmathi rice 500g
  • Cuttlefish 250g
  • Prawns 250g
  • Salt 1/2 tsp + 1/4
  • Water 1/2 cup + 1/4
  • Cabbage 100g
  • Carrots 25g
  • Red/green chillie 3
  • Chillie paste 3 tsp
  • Soy sauce 4 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Fortune Vegetable Oil
  • Eggs and oil to fry

Method:

  1. Add Fortune basmathi rice to water, wash and cook
  2. Boil cuttlefish  with 1/2 cup water and salt for 3 -4 mins
  3. Boil the prawns same way as cuttlefish
  4. Heat oil and add cuttlefish and prawns fry 2-3 mins.
  5. Add ginger and garlic
  6. Add cabbage carrots,  salt, red/green chillie, chillie paste and soy sauce. stir it but dont over cook
  7. Then add boiled rice and mix well
  8. Correct seasoning and serve with a fried egg
