Cooking with Aunty D.
Who doesn’t love some good chicken wings? But we always have it the same old boring way. So we gave it a little twist! It’s so meaty you’ll think you’re having a drumstick! Eat away..
Ingredients:
- Chicken winglets 500g
- Peper 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs
- Fortune Vegetable Oil
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Cut and press the flesh downwards to make a ball
- Eggwash and coat with bread crumbs
- Repeat
- Use fortune vegetable oil and fry at medium heat until golden brown
