Cooking with Aunty D.
Ever wanted to make those delicious Shrimp Balls you get at restaurants? Well, here’s how you can! Get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Tiger prawns 250g
- Fortune Sunflower Oil
- Onion (small) 1
- Onion green 3 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Sesame Oil ½ tsp
- Corn starch 2 tsp
- Egg white 1
Method:
- Clean the prawns, coat them in egg white and chop them.
- Add onion and onion green.
- Mix with ginger, pepper, salt, sesame oil and corn starch.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Make balls and fry for 2-3 minutes in Fortune Sunflower Oil.
