Ever wanted to make those delicious Shrimp Balls you get at restaurants? Well, here’s how you can! Get cooking!

 

Ingredients:

  • Tiger prawns 250g
  • Fortune Sunflower Oil 
  • Onion (small) 1
  • Onion green 3 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Sesame Oil ½ tsp
  • Corn starch 2 tsp
  • Egg white 1

Method:

  1. Clean the prawns, coat them in egg white and chop them.
  2. Add onion and onion green.
  3. Mix with ginger, pepper, salt, sesame oil and corn starch.
  4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Make balls and fry for 2-3 minutes in Fortune Sunflower Oil.
