Forget about screaming for ice cream, this recipe will have you screaming for annasi achcharu! Get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Pineapple (large) 1
- Chilli flakes 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Add a cup of water to a clay pot and add vinegar, slat, chilli powder, chilli flakes, pepper and sugar.
- Cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves.
- Finally take the pot off the heat and add pineapple.
